I am very happy that we were able to bring Pyper home today! Many of you know that dog ownership for me began with the wire-haired dachshund. After the death of my beloved dog Barka, I thought for a long time that I didn't need any more dogs. But there is a saying: you can live without a dog, but it's not worth it. I would modify this: you can live without a dachshund, but it's not worth it. During my trip to Australia, I decided that I wanted a dachshund again. I found Szabina Koczka by chance. Barka's breeder Szekeres Szilvia shared a post about the puppies that were born to Szabina. It turned out that the ancestors of the puppies include Barka and several Great By Lucky dachshunds. I quickly contacted Szabina, and it turned out that there was another available bitch in the litter. So after we got home from Sydney, almost our first trip led to Kaposvár.
